Join Home In Place

All Home in Place members are invited to educational, social, and cultural events; and all members are eligible to hold office within the Home in Place organization. There are, however, three types of members: Villagers (Single or Household), Supporting Members and Sustaining Members.

Villagers are those members, age 60 and above, who have enrolled to receive monthly support services.

Supporting Members and Sustaining Members are not enrolled for support services, but wish to be engaged with Home in Place, attending events and shaping the program’s future. Many Supporting Members are “paying it forward,” anticipating the time when they move to Villager membership.

By donating to Home in Place, Supporting Members and Sustaining Members help provide services and programs that promote living independently, encourage active lifestyles, and minimize social isolation.



Which membership is for me?

    Villager, Single contributes $480 annually. A member who lives alone…

    • receives volunteer-provided assistance such as transportation,
      technology support, handyman jobs
    • may hold office within the Home In Place organization
    • invited to all educational, cultural and social events.

    Supporting Member contributes $200-$999
    • may hold office within the Home In Place organization
    • invited to all educational, cultural and social events

    Sustaining Member contributes $1,000 and above

    • may hold office within the Home In Place organization
    • invited to all educational, cultural and social events
      Join as Sustaining Member
